Ecommerce (Apparel) Assistant - Part Time

A fast growing e-commerce apparel company is looking for a part time assistant to help with day-to-day operations. Will start with 15-20 hours a week.  Office is located at Rollings Hills Estate, LA. The candidate needs to come to the office at least 2-3 times a week. We will be paying you $16-18 per hour. This is not a W2 job. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Customer service, including answer all customer messages, emails and inquiries
  • Shipping label creation, picking, packing orders, and bringing the packages to the shipping carriers
  • Receiving inventories, and barcode products
  • Keeping the inventories accurate and organized
  • Helping with return and exchange, and restocking returned products
  • Helping with photoshoot when needed, including on-site set up, picture selection, and basic retouching if necessary
  • Others when needed
  • About 25-30 hours/week


  • Familiar with e-commerce platform, Shopify will be a plus
  • Prior shipping experience preferred
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Proficient level of skills in Microsoft Office, Lightroom, and Photoshop will be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and oral English
  • Detail orientated, energetic, warm-hearted, easy going personality
