Assistant Manager responsibilities include doing searches on the internet and compiling lists to be used for outreach.  Must know how to use the internet, use excel (light usage) have access to a laptop and internet.


  • Make searches utilizing online tools
  • send follow up emails


  • Proven knowledge of using computers
  • A laptop or PC with a working camera in order to have zoom calls
  • Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
