Mersi Distribution is a fast-growing distributor of safety products and workwear. We offer private label manufacturing services as well (most recent project involved manufacturing cloth masks for one of the country's largest fast food chains). We are seeking an Outbound Sales & Business Development Associate to join the team and accelerate our sales efforts. - Lead the creation and implementation of outbound sales strategy and system
- Create outbound email and call templates
- Send outbound emails and/or make calls to leads on a daily basis
- Optimize sales tools so we're targeting the right leads and following up with leads methodically, periodically, and appropriately (lead gen, CRM, etc.)
- Address prospective customer inquiries and questions promptly with zealous communication (our policy is to respond <15min, even if it's just a note that you're fetching info for them)
- Manage accounts you win (when you win many accounts, we'll move their management to an AE)
- Engage with suppliers in order to collect info for your lead or to negotiate on a certain transaction
- Recommend new products to source based on field insights
- Besides emails and calls, where time allows, seek out different ways to sign up customers (webinars, conferences, etc.).
- Must be entrepreneurial! This opportunity has huge upside for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit.

- Available at least 20 hours per week

- Fixed weekly payments plus incredibly generous commission structure. Earning potential is limitless (no caps, limits, etc.)
