Your role is to represent our organisation in sales, as a sales rep. We need you to follow up on hot leads, discuss our products and services, understand client needs, perform demos and presentation, closing contracts, and handle paperwork. An ongoing customer relationship is important, and being able to upsell/cross-sell is critical.
You ideally will have sold professional services before. We are particularly looking for someone who has sold eLearning services and communications services to universities and businesses. Being able to explain the key components of our processes and products is important, as is the ability to provide industry updates and knowledge on educational trends and eLearning.
We are friendly international team. So being able to work with people from all different walks of life is great.
