We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can enhance our brand and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In).  QueerDoc will continue to create the social media content  and schedule posts, but we want someone to increase our social media visibility by reposting, hashtagging, social media interactions, etc.  The successful candidate will also be required to collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns.

Responsibilities

  •  Develop quarterly reports on social media campaigns that help to achieve marketing goals
  • Develop quarterly reports on emerging social media trends and how they should shape campaigns
  • Monitor the company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
  • Boost social media exposure through reposting, hashtagging, increased social media interactions, etc
  • Analyze the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan

Requirements

  • Experience and enthusiasm for working with LGBTQ business and people
  • Willingness to fit social media interactions to healthcare professionalism standards
  • High awareness of social justice and design social media interactions which acknowledge it
