We're excited to hire some awesome counter servers for our fresh pasta shop opening at the new Sawmill Market (ABQ's first upscale urban food hall)!
*Training begins early January
A Tulipani counter server will
Set the tone for a unique dining experience at ABQ's first urban food hall.
Professionally and energetically welcome guests
Take orders and deliver seamless service with warmth and enthusiasm
Use essential hospitality and customer service standards at all times: eye contact, smile, speak first, and engage in polite conversation (if time permits).
- Two references
- New Mexico Food Handler Certification required
Essential Functions & Responsibilities :
Creates positive, joyful and warm interactions with guests.
Display extensive knowledge of menu
Competently navigate our Point of Sales system.
Work efficiently while prioritizing impeccable service
Answer menu questions and offer recommendations to guests to create a memorable dining experience.
Help expedite plates
Resolve issues for guests in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of our space.
Maintain professional image standards, including any uniform requirements.
Attend required training sessions or meetings.
Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends, late evenings, and holidays.
