Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build lasting relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools and methods
  • Meet customer service team sales targets and call quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide solutions and alternatives within specified time limits; follow up to ensure a resolution was met
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication guidelines, procedures and policies.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers


  • Experience in customer support or experience as a client service representative
  • Track record of exceeding quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of individuals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

General Information:

  • Monday - Friday
  • $15.00 - $16.00 (DOE)
  • First shift
