Insurance firm is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist/Administrative assistant to provide telephone coverage and administrative assistance to our office. We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform administrative and clerical functions in order to drive company success.Daily tasks include managing busy switchboard, coordinating and setting-up conference rooms, managing office calendar, greeting visitors, distributing in-coming and out-going deliveries, requesting messenger service and maintaining the reception area. Additional word processing, copying, faxing, filing and other clerical duties are required. Other tasks include keypunching timesheets, travel reservations, expense reports and Amex reconciliation. When necessary, backup coverage will be required in the absence of other administrative support. Responsibilities: * Draft correspondences and other formal documents * Schedule and coordinate appointments * Actively maintain calendar and management of appointments * Greet and assist onsite guests * Answer inbound telephone calls * Assist with projects as needed * Communicate with clients and authorities * Administrative support for tax prepares * Assisting with filing returns * Maintain department database * Perform all other office tasks
