The Assistant Manager will report directly into the General Manager in this full-time role. While taking direction from the General Manager, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for inventory management, staff management, supporting tech issues, and other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field preferred
  • Required to work nights and weekends and must be flexible in work schedule
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Customer service or retail experience
  • Problem solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong influencing, judgement, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to multitask, think strategically, and take quick action for immediate results
  • Proven ability to work cross functionally
