Office Assistant 


AGIS is seeking an Office Assistant with basic networking skills.
Starting hours per week: 20 -30   hours

10am – 3pm Mon. – Fri.    Start pay rate: Entry Level Position

Requirements

Basic computer and network skills and able to operate Basic Office equipment (copy, Print, Scan, Fax) Phones, filing and data input.
Mechanical aptitude required and knowledge of basic hand tools (no certifications needed)
Must have the ability to listen, learn and pay attention to detailed instructions
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with little or no supervision and still perform at 100%
Friendly, personable and well mannered. (Customer Interaction is a daily occurrence at AGIS)

Duties
Administer Customer Service related Service Request. General knowledge of Dispatch procedures for Field service teams. Relay accurate information from client to service Teams in field or designated service zones. Quality customer service, communication, cooperation, attendance and professionalism are required for all daily activities.

Troubleshooting ability
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Ability to learn with a motivated mind set
Copier and/or printer repair experience is a plus(not Required)
Organized and detail oriented with excellent communication skills
Able to lift 40 pounds, pull, lift, reach and transport equipment parts and boxes
Must be able to work with office team and independently, prioritize and perform a variety of concurrent tasks
Must have valid driver's license with a clean driving record
