Our company is seeking a  Recruiter to acquire new talent for our insurance company clients.  The successful candidate will have a keen eye when reviewing resumes and conducting interviews. If you’re sharp, professional and sales-oriented, we would like to speak with you about this opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • identify new talent source candidates for our job openings
  • Review and analyze resumes 
  • Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally
  • Interview potential candidates via phone and in person 
  • Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process
  • Social media recruiting 
  • Post jobs attract candidates applicant's 
  • Networking 
  • Assist office administrative task
  • Maintain database files
  • Schedule interviews

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience and or interest in  recruiting 
  • Effective negotiating skills
  • Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software program
  • Familiarity with online job hunting websites
  • Enjoy talking to people 
  • Relationship building
