We're a small Boutique Talent Firm, re-extending it's presence in the Atlanta market. We're aiming to find a part time assistant to join our team. We're looking for a self starter who desires to gain expertise within the entertainment industry as well as those who have a true desire to work behind the scenes.

Attention to detail is a must as well as proper time management with great computer, phone, and people skills. Ideal candidates have an excellent educational background and/or currently enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate degree. Commitment of 2-4 days a week under flexible terms but must be willing to monitor email consistently and respond accordingly and promptly when needed.

Essential Duties:

·         Submitting via Breakdowns, LAC/CN

·         Client Marketing

·         Audition scheduling/appointments

·         Press Release Development

·         Actor/Client Calendar management

·         Interactions with client and agents

·         Research industry trends

·         Assist with audition Self-Taping

·         IMDb updates/maintenance


Firm will provide proper infrastructure to the assistant including work space/overhead and Telecommuting negotiable.  Longer/Ongoing term preferred
