Our company requires the talents and skills of an experienced Front Desk Agent. The successful candidate should be outgoing and friendly with a gregarious personality and a natural talent for customer service. 

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with the all departments to ensure prompt responses to day to day needs
  • Make reservations or appointments for managers 
  • Answer calls and record details of each conversation for future follow-up
  • Meet and exceed manager's expectations by anticipating the needs they might require
  • Maintain constant communication with the team

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • 2+ years’ front desk experience in the hospitality industry preferred
  • 1+ years’ customer service experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Software Suite
