GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serves as the official greeter for arriving guests and visitors.
  • Greets guests and opens vehicle doors upon arrival at the hotel.
  • Assists arriving and departing guests with luggage to and from guest rooms and meeting rooms.
  • Informs guests of any specials or pertinent information associated with their stay.
  • Delivers any packages for the guest and performs other errands as requested.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with guests to provide maximum personalized guest service.
  • Greets and checks guests into and out of the hotel while managing and resolving all guest requests and/or concerns in a friendly, professional, courteous and timely manner.
  • Maintains and manages guest accounts by posting charges and handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Transports guest cars to and from front door/parking lot.
  • Performs and assists with other duties as assigned.
 

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
  • The hospitality business functions seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.
