Components Technology - Our Business Area Components Technology is passionate about everything that moves. It produces components for all application areas such as front and rear axles of all Porsche models or large-diameter anti-friction slewing rings for windmill-powered plants. 30.000 employees are responsible for the success of this Business Area.
We are currently seeking someone that is driven by numbers, enjoys researching detailed data and has experience with business process management software. This person will have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of leadership and preferably seeks a position in the profession of Purchasing/Buying or Accounting.
Follow up with vendors on billing issues and incorrect pricing of parts
Coordinating pickup and delivery on parts that we send to outside vendors (welders, painters, platers...etc.)
Follow up with suppliers regarding issues that are found on packing lists
Interfacing with vendors to rush parts that are of immediate need
Ensuring Quality Control is responding timely to part review
Ensuring orders are pulled and moving to the Quality Control department
Ensuring orders are being picked and packed for vendor pick up
