Business Development Representative


Search Masters, Inc. is an established recruiting firm looking for highly motivated individuals with cold-calling experience to expand our temporary and temporary-to-permanent business. Successful applicants are financially motivated and powerhouses on the phone. If you have the determination, drive, and passion to succeed financially, this is the place for you.


Daily Responsibilities:

  • 100 + calls per day to potential clients
  • Connect with 10-12 contacts to explain hiring solutions and generate interest in a meeting
  • Schedule 2 meetings per day with interested contacts
  • Maintain call records and activity notes in CRM database
  • Communicate with team members to transition call and meeting information as well as receive new account information from the team
  • Maintain daily contact with the sales management team to discuss accounts and prospects within those accounts

Required Skills:

  • 2 years of inside sales experience with a proven track record for success
  • Proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills and intelligence.
  • A positive work ethic and dedication to meeting your goals.
  • Ability to comprehend and articulate how the prospects and clients will recognize the value by engaging the firm

Salary + Commission + Bonus
